About Dr. Ankur Mehta

Dr. Ankur Mehta is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine. He attended medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, and completed his internship and residency at Loyola University Chicago. During his residency, he published multiple research presentations and worked closely in the areas of orthopedic surgery and pain management. During his training, he was named chief resident and received the Department of Orthopedic Surgery Research award.

 

In 2010, Dr. Mehta received the prestigious American Pain Society’s Fellows scholarship. He received certification from Harvard Medical School in structural acupuncture. He is part of the Texas Pain Society, Texas Medical Association, and The Harris County Medical Society. He has also presented his research at five national conferences over the last several years.

Dr. Etminan, a spine surgeon who has been practicing in Fort Bend County since 2003, has had the privilege of caring for many members of the community over the years. Eden Kang DPT

Dr. Eden Y. Kang, DPT is a highly skilled and compassionate physical therapist based in Houston, Texas. With a rich educational background and extensive clinical experience, Dr. Kang has dedicated his career to helping patients overcome physical challenges and improve their quality of life.

 

Dr. Kang’s journey in physical therapy began in his native Republic of Korea, where he earned his Bachelor of Physical Therapy with high honors from INJE University. His passion for understanding the human body and mind led him to minor in Psychology, laying the foundation for his holistic approach to patient care.

During his formative years, Dr. Kang gained valuable experience through clinical internships and residencies at prestigious institutions across Korea and Japan. These included ChunNam National University hospital, Aomori College of Rehabilitative medicine/Hirosaki Stroke Center, Korea Veterans Medical Center, and The St. Mary’s General Hospital.

 

Driven by a desire to further his expertise, Dr. Kang pursued his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Dominican College, NYSU, in New York, USA. This advanced training equipped him with cutting-edge knowledge and techniques in physical therapy.

 

Dr. Kang’s commitment to excellence didn’t stop there. He went on to complete fellowship training in differential diagnosis and multi-modal management of upper and lower extremity spine-related syndromes at the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. This additional specialization earned him a diploma in Osteopractic, further enhancing his ability to provide comprehensive care to his patients.

 

Today, Dr. Kang specializes in a wide range of physical therapy disciplines, including kinesio-pathology, orthopedic manipulative therapy, integrative musculoskeletal care, and spine manipulative osteopractic physical rehabilitation. His diverse skill set allows him to tailor treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs.

Scott Anderson PA-C

Scott Anderson is a highly dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in providing exceptional medical care across diverse clinical settings. A Board-Certified Physician Assistant, Scott has demonstrated a profound commitment to improving the health and well-being of his patients, particularly in the fields of pain management, orthopedic, spine, and urgent care medicine.

 

Scott’s career began with the U.S. Army, where he served with distinction as a Battalion Physician Assistant and later as a Chief in Occupational Health. His military background, which includes service in Iraq, shaped his approach to medicine—emphasizing resilience, precision, and compassion. Scott’s expertise spans emergency medicine, pain management, and orthopedic care, and he has had the privilege of working in a variety of roles, including in pain management and orthopedic and spine care at.

A lifelong learner, Scott earned his Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies and Master’s in Public Health with honors, setting the foundation for a career marked by academic excellence and professional growth. He has served as a clinical coordinator for Physician Assistant students, mentored colleagues, and led by example in providing high-quality care.
